Maintenance and inspection method for strong light flashlight

If there is a LED light is not bright, please follow the following methods for initial maintenance:
First, determine the fault: unscrew the tail, with a battery cathode, with a metal scissors or tweezers, connecting the battery negative electrode and battery beside the flashlight body bare unoxidized part, to see if the light. If you can, is the flashlight switch, please check in step 3; if there is no light please check the circuit positions and circuit board connections are open welding or soldering welding, please re welding if you can solve the problem.
Two, check the battery: battery power load and ensure the correct direction of battery, do not use different types of batteries, the battery can not be used together.
Three, check the tail cap switch: unscrew the LED flashlight tail, you can see the outer switch spring has a switch with two concave point pressure ring, not even a concave point in a clockwise rotation with tweezers or scissors, check the switch pressure ring is loose, to ensure that the switch pressure ring pressed on the switch, not loose.
Four, prior to the maintenance of the explosion-proof flashlight to ensure that all the screw thread is not loose, if the thread is not tightened also may be caused by the reason is not bright or light.
As of five, according to the above method still can not solve the problem, please return the bright light LED flashlight manufacturers, to repair or replace, can also contact the local dealer or website customer service return, please write a note in the parcel addressed your address returned, so as not to delay your valuable time.
